To help EMC, Mercedes-Benz’s UAE dealership, stand apart in a crowded luxury market, we needed more than sleek visuals – we needed standout thinking. I helped to conceptualise and co-write two of four creative and strategic ideas that spotlighted EMC’s obsession with service excellence and customer satisfaction.
